So many things to learn! We will start with introductions/ mixing dough. Chat/answer questions during the development stage.. there’s kneading, scoring, baking demonstrations. We will also learn how to keep your starter culture healthy and flavors you can incorporate. Then during the rest periods we have tastings with all sorts of cheeses, spreads and dips!
There will also be a fermented drink demo and giveaway.
This class is FULL of some many things- space is limited to 12 people.
